Coaching and mentoring
Scope, session format, fees, payment, confidentiality and its limits, cancellation and ending the arrangement will be agreed before work begins. Coaching and mentoring do not promise a particular outcome.
Learning packages
Each purchase will need an agreed licence covering the purchasing organisation, permitted use, LMS compatibility, delivery, support, updates and redistribution restrictions. These terms and prices have not yet been set.
Completion and local procedures
Learning activities support reflection and practice. Course completion is not certification of independent competence and does not replace an organisation’s policies, professional advice or safeguarding procedures.
Before sales open
Final terms must include the business identity and contact details, applicable customer rights, payment and delivery conditions, cancellation and refund arrangements, digital-content provisions where relevant, complaints and governing law. Statutory rights will not be excluded.
