The planned enquiry service

We intend to collect your name, email address, optional organisation and enquiry so that Ant can respond. Enquiries would be stored in a protected database and an email notification sent to Ant. Administrative access would be restricted.

Resources and marketing

Requesting a resource or making an enquiry will not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails. The proposed signup offers a separate choice, with unsubscribe controls in marketing messages.

Before this service opens

The final notice must identify the data controller and contact route, purposes and lawful bases, actual service providers, storage locations and any international transfers, retention periods, individual rights and the route for complaints to the ICO. These details will be completed against the services actually selected.

Coaching and learning

Enquiry records are separate from any future coaching records or LMS learner records. The handling of those records will be explained before the relevant service begins.
